📋 Implementation Order
Week 1Create GoHighLevel account → Build 4 pipelines → Add demo contacts
Week 2Create Stripe → Set up 3 subscription products → Connect payment links
Week 3Connect GHL ↔ Stripe → Build automations → Test with a real client
Week 4Wire up client portal → Final launch checklist → Go live 🚀
Step 1: Create Your GHL Account
GoHighLevel is your all-in-one CRM. It manages contacts, pipelines, email/SMS, and automations. Sign up for the Agency Starter plan.
1
Sign up for GoHighLevel
Go to the GoHighLevel website and create a new Agency account. Use the 14-day free trial to get started without paying upfront.
🌐 Go to GoHighLevel.com →
⚠️ Choose "Agency Starter" ($97/mo) — this lets you manage multiple sub-accounts for different services.
✓
2
Create a Sub-Account for CredibleFly
In GHL, go to Agencies → Sub-Accounts → Add Sub-Account. Name it "CredibleFly" and fill in your business info.
Sub-Account Name: CredibleFly
Business Type: Financial Services / Credit Repair
Time Zone: [Your timezone]
Business Phone: [Your number]
Email: seoprrocket@gmail.com
✓
3
Configure Your Business Profile
Inside your CredibleFly sub-account, go to Settings → Business Profile and fill in all details. This powers email sender identity and SMS branding.
✓
4
Connect Your Phone Number (for SMS)
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers → Add Phone Number. Choose a local number. Cost is ~$1.15/month. This enables automated SMS follow-ups.
💡 SMS converts 5–8× better than email for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
✓
5
Set Up Email Sending Domain
Go to Settings → Email Services. Connect your domain (crediblefly.com) for professional email sending. This prevents emails from going to spam.
✓
Step 2: Build Your 4 Pipelines
Pipelines track where every client is in your process. Create all 4 now — you'll use them every day.
📥 Pipeline 1: Sales

New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Won / Lost

🚀 Pipeline 2: Onboarding

Just Signed → Credit Audit → Portal Setup → Letters Sent → Onboarded

🔧 Pipeline 3: Service Delivery

Round 1 → Round 2 → Round 3 → Round 4 → Graduated

🔄 Pipeline 4: Retention

Active → At Risk → Paused → Past Due → Re-engaged

1
Navigate to Pipelines in GHL
In your CredibleFly sub-account, go to Opportunities → Pipelines → + Add Pipeline. Create each of the 4 pipelines above, adding each stage as a column.
✓
2
Add Custom Fields to Contacts
Go to Settings → Custom Fields and add fields to track credit-repair-specific data per contact.
Custom Fields to Add:
• Starting Credit Score (Number)
• Current Credit Score (Number)
• Target Score (Number)
• Current Round (Number)
• Bureaus Disputed (Dropdown: EQ / EXP / TU)
• Items Removed (Number)
• Plan Type (Dropdown: Repair / Globetrotter / Elite)
• Dispute Status (Dropdown: Active / Pending / Won / Escalated)
✓
3
Import Your Existing Clients
Export the billing clients from your admin panel (Billing → Export CSV), then import into GHL via Contacts → Import. Map the fields during import.
✓
Step 3: Set Up Automations
Automations run follow-ups, reminders, and onboarding sequences without you lifting a finger. Build these 5 workflows.

New Lead Welcome Sequence

✓
Step 4: Create Your Stripe Account
Stripe handles all subscription billing, one-time payments, and invoicing. It connects directly to GoHighLevel for fully automated billing.
1
Create a Stripe Account
Go to stripe.com and sign up. Use your business email. Stripe is free to create — you only pay when you collect a payment.
🌐 Go to Stripe.com →
✓
2
Activate Your Account (Identity Verification)
Stripe will ask for your business name, EIN or SSN, business address, and bank account to deposit payouts. This is required to accept live payments.
Business Name: CredibleFly (or your LLC name)
Business Type: LLC or Sole Proprietor
Business Category: Financial Services → Credit Repair
Website: crediblefly.com
Bank Account: [Your business checking account for payouts]
✓
3
Configure Payout Schedule
In Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Payouts, set your payout schedule to Daily or Weekly so money hits your bank account quickly.
✓
4
Enable Stripe Customer Portal
Go to Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Customer portal. Enable it and configure what clients can do (update card, view invoices, cancel). This powers self-service billing.
✓
5
Copy Your API Keys
Go to Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys. Copy your Publishable Key and Secret Key — you'll need these to connect to GoHighLevel.
⚠️ Never share your Secret Key publicly. Treat it like a password.
✓
Step 5: Create Your Products & Pricing
Set up the 3 CredibleFly subscription products in Stripe. Each will get a unique payment link you can share with clients or embed on the site.
Products to Create
Credit Repair Plan Monthly recurring $99/mo
Globetrotter Plan Monthly recurring $197/mo
Elite Plan Monthly recurring $497/mo
1
Create Each Product in Stripe
In Stripe Dashboard → Products → + Add Product. Create all 3 plans. For each, set: Name, Description, Price (recurring, monthly), and a product image.
✓
2
Create Payment Links for Each Plan
For each product, go to the product page → Payment Links → Create Link. These are shareable URLs that let clients subscribe immediately. Copy each link.
Credit Repair Payment Link: https://buy.stripe.com/[your-link-1]
Globetrotter Payment Link: https://buy.stripe.com/[your-link-2]
Elite Payment Link: https://buy.stripe.com/[your-link-3]
💡 Once you have these links, update the "Upgrade Plan" buttons in your client portal (crediblefly-portal.html) to point to these URLs.
✓
3
Set Up Webhooks
Webhooks tell GHL when things happen in Stripe (payment failed, subscription cancelled, etc). Go to Stripe → Developers → Webhooks → Add endpoint.
Webhook Endpoint URL: [Your GHL webhook URL — found in GHL → Settings → Integrations → Stripe]

Events to watch:
• invoice.payment_succeeded
• invoice.payment_failed
• customer.subscription.deleted
• customer.subscription.updated
✓
Step 6: Connect GHL ↔ Stripe
Once both accounts are set up, connecting them takes about 10 minutes. After this, every new Stripe subscription automatically creates a contact in GHL.
1
Connect Stripe Inside GHL
In GHL, go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe → Connect. Log in to your Stripe account and authorize the connection. GHL will now sync payment data automatically.
✓
2
Create Order Forms in GHL (Optional but Powerful)
GHL has built-in order forms that connect to Stripe. Go to Payments → Order Forms → + New. This lets you build branded checkout pages inside GHL without sending clients to Stripe directly.
✓
3
Test the Integration
Use Stripe's test mode to run a fake payment. In Stripe, use card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiry. Confirm the contact appears in GHL and the automation fires.
Test Card: 4242 4242 4242 4242
Expiry: Any future date (e.g. 12/30)
CVC: Any 3 digits (e.g. 123)
Zip: Any 5 digits (e.g. 90210)
✓
4
Map GHL Tags to Stripe Products
In GHL automations, set up triggers: when a Stripe subscription for product X is created → tag contact as "Repair Plan", "Globetrotter Plan", or "Elite Plan". This auto-segments your list.
✓
Step 7: Wire Up the Client Portal
Your client portal (crediblefly-portal.html) is fully built. Now connect it to real client logins, real dispute data, and Stripe billing links.
1
Add Real Client Accounts to the Portal
When a client signs up, add them to the portal's user system. Open crediblefly-portal.html's JavaScript and add them to the PORTAL_DEMO_USERS array, or use the admin to create accounts.
{
id: 'u4',
email: 'client@email.com',
password: 'TempPass2026!', // Client changes this on first login
name: 'Client Name',
plan: 'repair',
planLabel: 'Credit Repair',
score: 580,
startScore: 580,
goal: 720,
joinDate: '2026-04-14'
}
💡 Future upgrade: A real backend (Firebase, Supabase, or GHL) will store user accounts so you don't need to manually edit code.
✓
2
Update Billing Buttons with Real Stripe Links
In crediblefly-portal.html, find the "Upgrade Plan" buttons and replace the alert with your actual Stripe payment links.
// Find this line in crediblefly-portal.html:
onclick="alert('Connect Stripe...')"

// Replace with your real Stripe links:
Globetrotter: onclick="window.open('https://buy.stripe.com/YOUR_LINK','_blank')"
Elite: onclick="window.open('https://buy.stripe.com/YOUR_LINK','_blank')"
✓
3
Host the Portal on Your Domain
Upload all the CredibleFly HTML files to your web hosting (Netlify, Hostinger, GoDaddy, etc.) and point portal.crediblefly.com to crediblefly-portal.html.
🌐 Deploy on Netlify (free) →
✓
4
Add Portal Link to Onboarding Email
In GHL, update your welcome automation email to include the link to the client portal: https://portal.crediblefly.com
✓
Step 8: Launch Checklist
Before going live, run through this checklist. Check off each item as you complete it.
